FAQ

If the equipment does not work

ㆍPlug the power plug to the specified outlet.
ㆍPlease turn 'ON' the power switch of the equipment.
ㆍPlease wait until the equipment is initialized, and then retry.
ㆍCheck the status of the connection between the equipment and the computer connecting cable.
ㆍPlease turn off the power of the equipment, and contact the manufacturers or customer support center.

If the exposure switch does not work

ㆍPlease retry after checking the completion of READY in the capture program.
ㆍRetry after checking the status of the connection between the equipment and the x-ray exposureswitch cable.
ㆍPlease turn off the power of the equipment, and contact the manufacturers or customer support center.

If touch LCD Board does not work

ㆍPlease wait until the equipment is initialized, and then retry.

If the capture processing does not work

ㆍPlease wait until the equipment is initialized, and then retry.
ㆍPlease make sure the yellow light, x-ray exposure indicator,is turned on during normal operation.
ㆍPlease turn off the power of the equipment and contact the customer support center if there is no problem with the yellow light.
ㆍPlease check the equipment is connected properly to the computer.
    (Especially be sure to check the cable connection of the video communication.)
ㆍPlease turn off the power of the equipment, then contact manufacturers or the customer support center.
